With the help of a county-wide millage benefiting seniors, Sanborn Gratiot Memorial Home has been able to add two additional beds – bringing the total number of beds for socio-economically challenged seniors to four -- to the facility that will be reserved for seniors in an emergent situation.

The road of their 41-year-marriage took an unexpected turn a few years ago when Rob began experiencing a series of strokes. Sanborn Gratiot Memorial Home now provides him with a safe place to live.
